In 2009, our company's "10G Semiconductor Laser TO Packaging Technology and Industrialization" project was supported by the National Innovation Fund and successfully passed the project acceptance in 2011.

        Recently, it was learned from the Science and Technology Bureau that our company's "Development of Optical Device Automation Mass Production Technology" project, which was declared in 2013, has once again received support from the National Innovation Fund and is one of the two key projects approved in Xiamen.

        The production accuracy requirements for optical communication devices are high, while automation equipment requires a large amount of investment, a long recovery cycle, and high investment risks. Therefore, currently, most domestic manufacturers produce by hand, with low automation level, high difficulty in production and manufacturing, and low product consistency and reliability. Our company has independently developed automated mass production technology for optical devices by organizing technical backbone, and focused on tackling technical difficulties in automated production processes. We have explored a set of low-cost automated mass production technology solutions with three excellent characteristics, which can build a domestically leading large-scale automated mass production line for optical devices, achieve automated production, improve product production efficiency and quality consistency and reliability, and reduce product costs, With high-quality products, we can enter top domestic and international companies such as Alcatel Lucent, Huawei, and ZTE.

        The implementation of this project has a good demonstration role in the optical communication industry, which can promote the upgrading and transformation of the industrial structure of the optical communication industry, and fully leverage the high-tech industrialization demonstration role of local enterprises.
